The Dytran Series 7506A is a high-precision single-axis variable capacitance (VC) accelerometer with measurement ranges of 400g and 50g. This high-precision accelerometer combines an integrated VC accelerometer chip with a high-drive, low-impedance buffer for low-level acceleration measurements.

The 7506A series is designed for mid-frequency applications from 0 to 2013,with a low-end frequency response of 0 Hz (DC) and an upper frequency range of 300 Hz. The module contains a MEMS capacitive sensing element,a custom integrated circuit amplifier, low-noise electronics and current output, packaged in a rugged stainless steel housing with a 3-U2013 pin radial connector and easy through-hole mounting. The unit is sealed and operates reliably in high humidity and dirty environments
