Overview
All models

Dytran 3086A is a highly rugged uniaxial piezoelectric IEPE accelerometer built for demanding shock testing scenarios, including drop impact analysis, far-field blast monitoring, and pyrotechnic vibration evaluation.

Available in two sensitivity configurations—0.5 mV/g and 0.05 mV/g — it supports extreme acceleration ranges up to 700,000 m/s² across a frequency range from 0.35 Hz to 10 kHz. The exceptionally high resonance frequency of 100 kHz ensures accurate response during fast transients and severe shock events. It has a weight of 3.5 g with operating temperature range from -50 °C to 120 °C, Dytran 3086A is engineered to perform reliably in harsh environmental conditions.
