Dytran model 4110C is a single-channel, line-operated constant current power unit designed to supply IEPE sensors and in-line charge amplifiers with stable excitation. It delivers a user-adjustable constant current from 2 to 20 mA at a regulated compliance voltage of +24 VDC, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of piezoelectric transducers.
The internal circuitry features clamped-base PNP transistors with variable emitter resistors, allowing precise current control. Electrical connectors are located on the rear panel, and both sensor input and output signals are routed through standard BNC jacks for easy integration with measurement systems.
The 4110C operates from 115 VAC line power, while the E4110C variant supports 230 VAC for international use.
