Dytran model 3143D is a rugged, hermetically sealed triaxial IEPE accelerometer designed for high-precision vibration measurements in aerospace, automotive, and structural testing environments. It is widely used in modal analysis, whole-body vibration studies, NVH diagnostics, and both ground and flight testing of space vehicles.

Available in multiple configurations, the 3143D offers a range of sensitivities from 1 mV/g to 100 mV/g and supports acceleration levels up to 50,000 m/s². Its broad frequency response—from as low as 0.4 Hz to as high as 10 kHz—makes it suitable for capturing both low-frequency structural modes and high-frequency dynamic events. The 25 kHz resonance frequency ensures clean signal fidelity across all axes.

Center bolt mounting provides secure mechanical coupling, while the hermetic seal protects the sensor from environmental contaminants. With operating temperatures up to 120 °C and weights ranging from 14 g to 60 g, the 3143D balances robustness with versatility for airborne, ESS, and general-purpose applications.
